Czech Undergraduates Wrote to Pope

At the beginning , the students informed his Holiness about the system of university pastoral activities in the Czech Republic and introduced to him the function and role of the University Catholic Movement . Next, they remembered the audience at which the Holy Father accepted them during the European Meeting of University Students this year. They thanked him for his confidence and hope in them and responded to his words in which he reminded them, that undergraduates share the responsibility for the future of Europe. They assured him about their willingness and desire to bear witness about Christian love in the academic environment and to give testimony about the possibility of cooperation between faith and reason in this world. They conclude with expressing their affection and loyalty to him as the successor of St. Peter.

This letter was handed over to the Pope through the Nunciature in Prague.
